Boasts ideal location and really helpful staff at the reception desk. The hotel has airy and good sized rooms with balcony, 2 comfortable chairs and fantastic views.

the hotel was reasonably clean and modern, had great views of the sea. the location minutes from city centre was perfectly comfortable. there was a nice restaurant not too far from the property.
The staff were a bit slow, didn't expect that coming.

The room was comfortably furnished and well-maintained. The presence of a work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and a multi-channel television in the room was really useful.

The place was perfectly clean and staff was attentive. Stayed in airy standard king room with balcony. The breakfast was delicious with lots of dishes. The location was perfect and prime, not very far from Princes Park. Tbh, had a pleasant stay of 3 nights.

My stay was very pleasant here. Adequate suite and the bed was comfortable. The staff was competent, perfect atmosphere. Its location a 10-15 minute walk from an Eastbourne pier was incredible.

The rooms are modern and well-appointed. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of goodies. Rooms with balcony offer fantastic sea views. The staff at the reception desk are competent and attentive. The hotel's central location makes it a good home base for exploring Eastbourne.

I am surpised that the building doesn't make it clear that it is a hotel ! I have stayed at eastbourne for 15 years and didn't realise it's a hotel - just one small sign outside saying accommodation available I WOULD GIVE A MARK OF 99 OUT OF 100 FOR THE STAY - EXTRA POINT DROPPED BY CHOOSING JUST ABOUT THE CHEAPEST QUALITY TOILET PAPER - SORT THAT AND PUT A SIGN UP AND YOU WILL BE FULLY BOOKED IN NO TIME WITH REPEAT VISITS!
